At Arcos Dorados, we work every day to operate responsibly, create a positive impact in our communities, and build a more sustainable future. That’s why we’re proud to present a new edition of our Social Impact and Sustainable Development Report, prepared under GRI and SASB standards and audited by EY.

This report brings together the key results from 2024 and shows how our “Recipe for the Future” strategy continues to guide every step we take.

What were some of the year’s most important achievements?

We made progress on renewable energy:
We reached 50% usage of clean energy across our operations in the region, combining self-generation, purchase agreements, and both public and private certifications.

We supported youth development:
We created over 480,000 opportunities for training and formal employment, reinforcing our role as one of the region’s top providers of first jobs.

We promoted local sourcing:
74% of our purchases were made from regional suppliers, strengthening local economies and building long-term relationships with partners who share our values.

We are convinced that sustainability is built every day through concrete actions and a shared vision. Thanks to everyone who makes this possible.
