Through our Women’s Network, which includes employees from all markets and departments, we empower female talent and promote equal opportunities within the Company.

UN initiatives we support:
- WIN –WIN program: Gender equality is good business.
- Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs): We support these principles.
- UN Women’s Program Agreement: We have agreements with UN Women in Brazil, Uruguay, Argentina, Colombia and Venezuela, and we are planning to extend these to other markets where we operate.
We promote a collaborative work environment where employees share their knowledge and experience, fostering dialogue and continuous learning.
We raise awareness about generational differences and train young employees to take on leadership and mentoring roles with older colleagues. In addition, each country has a dedicated “Ambassador” role to facilitate individual sessions and enhance employee engagement.
Through our Arcos Pride Network, we promote inclusive work environments that support the full development of all individuals while respecting their gender identity.

Some of our initiatives include introducing gender-neutral uniforms across all countries and implementing inclusive restrooms for both customers and employees.

We promote overall well-being, both inside and outside the workplace, focusing on physical activity, healthy habits, preventive care and mental health.
Our initiatives include expanded online medical and psychological support through video calls or WhatsApp, gym discounts, wellness and health courses for pregnant young mothers in Brazil, and the extension of the “Wellness Ambassador Program”.
We promote a respectful and team-oriented work culture that ensures equal opportunities for everyone. In collaboration with different NGOs, we promote the inclusion of people with disabilities in the workplace.
We are also enhancing accessible in our environments. Through the Blue Space (Espacio Azul) initiative, many of our restaurants have been adapted to provide a safe and comfortable experience for people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families. This includes features like reduced lighting intensity, lower music volume, a pictogram menu for product selection, and personalized attention from our staff.
