We have taken on the responsibility of working with our suppliers and livestock industry leaders to move towards more sustainable production practices that protect the environment and promote animal welfare.

Forest Conservation

We are the only company in the industry with a Deforestation-Free Beef Procurement Policy. We are committed to ensuring that our raw materials are sourced responsibly, with 99.87% of the beef sourced from Argentina and Brazil already complies with this policy.

Commitment to Animal Welfare

We work with our suppliers to uphold the highest animal welfare standards. By 2025, we aim to source 100% cage-free eggs, a goal that we have already achieved in Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica and Peru.

100% of our strategic suppliers have been audited on social and environmental criteria.

Our contribution: In our restaurants, we take conserve water through different implementations, such as the use of flow reducers in kitchen and bathroom faucets. We also recover rainwater and condensation from air conditioners, reusing it for irrigation and cleaning.

Our contribution: We enhance energy efficiency in our restaurants through various initiatives such as the use of special glass, LED lighting and maximizing natural light. We also use energy-efficient air conditioners to insulate solar heat and work with suppliers to promote renewable energy and sustainable practices.
